If you want to download a video on your computer please carry out the following instructions:
1) Click on the link of the video you want to download (Flash Player opens in a new window and the video starts to play).
2) Place the cursor on the video (a button appears above the video which says "Download This Video").
3) Click on the button "Download this Video" (the RealPlayer Download & Recording Manager opens in a new window and starts downloading the video).
4) Once the download is completed open the folder "My Videos" on your computer where you find the downloadad video in the subfolder "RealPlayer Downloads".

Metal silo production
The following 4 modules are part of a didactical video for the production of metal silos. The aim of these video modules is to demonstrate the fabrication of an 1'800 kg metal silo and it is ment to be used interactively with the "Manual for Manufacturing Metal Silos for Grain Storage". Please do not use the video as construction guidance seperately without the manual in book-form!
- Materials, tools and forming the cylinder
In the first module the materials and tools required for the fabrication of metal silos are presented. It also shows how to cut the metal sheets, how to work on them and how to interlock the sheets to form the cylinder.

- Soldering and hermetical sealing of the silo
The second module shows how to solder the cylinder in order to seal it hermetically. It furthermore explains the cutting of the bottom and the lid of the cylinder as well as the placing of the bottom in the cylinder.

- Cylinder lid and intake throat
The third module is about the fabrication of the intake throat, its lid, and the placing of the cylinder lid. It illustrates as well the cutting and bending of the seed outlet.

- Seed outlet and finishing touches
In the fourth module the placing of the seed outlet and the fabrication of its lid is explained. The finishing touches of the silo consist in painting all the solderings inside and outside the silo. The last step is gluing the poster "Use and handling" on the outside of the silo.
